Khetha Rantao is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s in Philosophy – International Business (Cum Laude). Harvard Business School (Online) certified Khetha as a Business in Society specialist, with a certification premised on ESG and socially responsible investing.

Khetha is a highly skilled professional with more than 15 years’ experience in investment banking and development finance.

Khetha has a strong track record in public and private sector project financing. Khetha’s experience extends across a wide range of products and funding mechanisms. Khetha has specialised in enabling the development of infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, and energy projects.

After 15 years in investment banking, Khetha transitioned to the public sector. Khetha served as the inaugural Head of Infrastructure Finance in the state-owned Infrastructure Fund. During her tenure, Khetha spearheaded the blended finance strategy across social and economic infrastructure initiatives. Khetha’s broad range of expertise in project finance and related fields makes her a valuable asset in structuring and financing complex transactions.
